Response

Response is built around the principle that the smaller a fire is, the cheaper and easier it is to suppress. To achieve this, we utilize both early detection and rapid response. The components of a response system incorporate: detection and communication for reporting a fire, mobilization of resources to a fire (both people and equipment), initial attack of the fire, extended attack should the initial attack not succeed, command and control processes to manage and coordinate, and recording and reporting on daily activities at the fire.
